It’s great, but…
1. The board won’t connect. I have tried everything the app told me to do. I tried going to the website but it won’t work. I have played the game on this device before, and this has never happened before.
2. Add more modes.
Make it Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth.
Make online modes.
Add more songs(for example, monstercat).
Add a make-a-song card.
This is all you should do to make the game better.

Cannot connect to CDN.
I’d love to play this game, but I cannot connect to the CDN to download the cart content. Is this still supported?
Really Cool but App won’t connect
The game/tech is really cool but it seems like it’s no longer supported. It doesn’t connect to any of my devices.

Fun game but later makes me sad...
I have a lot of games on my phone and have DropMix on my birthday. Didn’t’t know there was an app you needed. I had to delete a lot of my favorite games to download it and I’m still deleting games I like. It’s a fun game but, it makes me sad later... I rate this a three star. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This game is really fun but ever since you stopped printing cards it’s just frustrating not being able to get more. Please start printing again

Is good but bad connection
It’s fun entertaining and great for music lovers but I keep running into this connection problem please fix ASAP! It’s good but gets boring in 45 minutes. I guess it’s ok 🤷🏼♀️
Sound Issues
This app and device is amazing. However, I cannot get the sound from the board. I have put my phone (IPhone 6S) on the device, but it still doesn't play. If there is a way to hear it I would like to know.

Well it’s AMAZING it’s so cool I want to play it I have the game and the board I’m going to play single mode or two player mode but still it’s not bad but It can be amazing
Won't load on IPad 2
PLEASE FIX ASAP!! This is supposed to work on all Apple platforms with the right iOS. The app does not load/ work on my iPad 2. And to clarify, my pad is currently running iOS 9.3.5. Hasbro website claims it should work on iOS 9.0 and up. Every time I try to open the app on my iPad it just brings up the title screen then crashes five seconds later. Doesn't even get to the loading screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I've soft and hard reset my iPad. I've done a combo of both (deleting, resetting, then downloading again). Nothing works to fix the issues. I really want to give this game/app five stars but can't if it's not working right and not being fixed.

Brand New Drop Mix Board doesn’t connect
Got this for my Daughter for Christmas, put new batteries in and then spent hours trouble shooting the board/App. The game starts but then disconnects in the middle of playing. We have been unable to complete 1 full game. Devices used where IPhone XS Max and Galaxy Note 10, both with same issue. There are many other people online having the same problem. This is a quality check problem at Hasbro and they need to fix it. Sounds like quite a few boards are going out defective. I have reached out to them and am still awaiting a response. Will change review if they accommodate us.

I’ve bought this as Christmas presents for two friends and their kids absolutely love it. Downside is that they want more cards! We’ve already bought all of series 1 and 2. More cards please!

I love my board, it played without a hitch on my iPhone Se.......
That’s the problem, when I moved up to the iPhone Xr, it hasn’t connected at all. It tries, get right up to the point of connection then gives me an error.
Now I’m having issues with my fire tablet as well, it doesn’t even try to connect and I need several of my basic set cards replaced.
Please help me!

Works well plays well
Really fun game although I'm worried about how long this game will be available.
So much fun! Gets expensive.
I got Dropmix around Christmas time and it's been an absolute blast. The game is diverse, the cards are unique, and my kids really enjoy mixing songs.
I will say, the expansion packs are a bit pricey (~$1/card... I have over 200 cards) and organizing them can be a chore. Try filtering through all those cards to find one you want.
Aside from that, I took off one star because they don't offer an AppleTV app. The deck should be able to connect directly to AppleTV, but for now I have to use screen mirroring.
I really hope they make an all digital version.
I also hope they keep making packs even if the collection is getting unweildy.

We always get an error connecting regardless of the device. We’ve tried two iPhones and an iPad Air and fresh batteries.
