Surprise fees
The shipping fees are unclear and confusing. No way to know shipping fees until the package arrives. Customer service refused to give clear fee structure. They will not tell you what a small vs large package actually means. No size or weight specifics. It is a mystery.

I ordered a fishing rod from China, an expensive one, the package has never arrived and the company only simply replied they could not find it and only refund based on delivery fee. This to me a worst policy ever. Things should had been better.

Late delivery & price changing
The price was too far from Taobao, yet I still had to pay for the fees and delivery to my city. I chose by truck, and it took a month to arrive. But this time it was my third order and there were unacceptable issues that I had already paid for my order, but the next day there was a price change and the price was over price by the local store, not including the delivery. So do I have to waste my time waiting for the overpriced product while I can get it from the local store? Since I canβt cancel it. Then what's the point of this app, to exploit customers? This will be my last time.π

Unlike other company they deliver the goods pretty fast. Also have a reasonable price. I love their customer service.
They make a big mistake that makes me feel really bad
For the delivery shipping they donβt show the price in the app before we choose which delivery do we want to use by plane by boat or by truck . First time I try to buy I choose by truck and delivery price is 1 $ but I have to wait until around 20days and second time I try to choose delivery by the plane I didnβt expect that the price that high 7$ each π itβs fast buy itβs really high price I have buy 6 small stuff so I have to pay 42$ just for the shipping . thank for your mistake it really really make me feel bad
