Collar connects the old iPhone 13 fine still but will not connect iPhone 17.
Wish they would update or at least sell collars that work with the latest iPhones

Used to be 5 Stars but

First, I have loved this product and did not any issues with the app. I have also had an endless number of people ask me for the link to the vibration collar but it’s sadly been discontinued. Now May 2026 the collar will not connect to my iPhone which makes it useless.

Collar will not pair with the app

The collar will not pair with my phone. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app but it won’t work. Customer service is very slow and offers no help to remedy the issue. Do not buy from this company.
