App does not connect to collar
I had to reinstall this app and now the collar won’t connect. Now I have a blinking collar. What happened?

Collar will not pair with the app
The collar will not pair with my phone. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app but it won’t work. Customer service is very slow and offers no help to remedy the issue. Do not buy from this company.

I got a new phone and now the collars won’t work anymore. I have read other reviews on here that say it doesn’t work on their iPhone 17 either.

Please fix and let us know when this issue is resolved. I would be happy to update my review once it works again. The collars are totally un usable for me now.

iPhone 17 not supported!
I've used the collar with my iPhone 15 Pro for a while. It's not a perfect product, it requires you reconnect all the time, but can work with multiple phones.
However it does NOT work for iPhone 17 and 17 Pro. I could not get it to connect on the iPhone 17 Pro, even after reinstalling the app, but it still connects to the iPhone 15 Pro.
It's not an issue with the collar, and as an IT professional, I troubleshot it far above and beyond reason.
Do NOT get this product until they fix it for iPhone 17!

Bluetooth will not connect
I’ve purchased one of these collars in the past and had no issues with it but with my recent purchase of another collar, this one will not connect to my phone.

Watch app
I’ve had this collar for a week now. I’ve notice the “auto bark” portion of the collar doesn’t work fully. My dog has barked several times for extended periods each time and not once had the collar “auto detected” the bark and gone off appropriately.
Additionally, since I had first received the collar and downloaded the application, the Apple
Watch has never worked. I’ve followed the listed instructions for allowing the watch app the function properly (listed through the phone app) but still will never work for me and I don’t know why. Very disappointing that it’s advertised as a feature but has and won’t work.
I would try and reach onto go someone but there is not advertised contact info for doing so.

AWFUL App
This app allowed me to set the sound, etc on my T1s pro collar, but that’s it. No option to send a correction to my dog. Additionally, the Watch App that is the companion to this app tells me the collar is not connected. I have emailed the company through the email listed on the site, and through Amazon, where I purchased the collar. No response. Awful customer service. I’d give this minus 5 stars if possible.

Perfect
Purchased this in order to set auto bark mode when we aren’t home while still able to put it in manual mode for training. It is one of only a handoff collars that said they have this ability. My only complaint is that there is no clip or strap on the remote.

El collar nunca funciona con los ladridos de mi perro, tengo que dale las correcciones manualmente con la aplicación y para cuando saco mi teléfono, abro la aplicación, corro hasta donde la aplicación se pueda conectar con el collar pasan unos dos o tres minutos para ese entonces ya mi perro está tranquilo y sin ladrar, la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada.

Love the collar, hate the app
If you can’t make an app that stays connected even when the phone screen sleeps, just make a physical remote. It’s important to me to be able to use the collar both manually and automatically, and I otherwise like the collar itself but the app is nearly useless.
Every time I actually need to beep my dog, it’s disconnected and it takes minutes to reconnect, by which time it’s too late to correct with the collar.
I’d rather just have a remote. No point in an app if it’s this bad.

Waste of money
I’m not a big fan of this product, it’s not working for my dogs.
They are still barking at everything they see and disturbing the neighbors.. Will be returning before management make me get rid of my animals

Pathetic app!!! Never worked !!! Don’t buy this products !!! I even sent several emails to the company and they don’t even bother to answer. Don’t waist your money and time.

Collar works, but it does not stay connected. The app does not work. Waste of time and money.
Unable to use on iPhone 12
The app simply won’t let me past certain screens - it just sits spins, so that I am unable to set up the bark collar. I believe I am going to have to return the collar due to the buggy app. I have closed it multiple ways, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, to no avail.
Doesn’t work
App would be great if it worked. Attempted basic troubleshooting, including uninstall/reinstall, but continues to hang with spinning wheel of death when I attempt to do anything in app, cannot get past pairing collar via BT.
Absolute TRASH (doesn’t work)
Won’t connect via Bluetooth using the app (cycles forever) also product does nothing on its own.
