False charges, no response
They have done a great job with my laundry when I actually ordered it, but this week I received two text messages within one minute that they both picked up and dropped off my laundry, which I never ordered. I was charged $30. I sent them screenshots of everything and a request for a refund both by text and by email and I have gotten no response.
