Newest App Update
The newest version of the app has fixed most of the bugs and lag. I’m very happy with the product now. Great job by the installation and service crews.

I didn’t have a huge problem but there were some connection glitches- the new app seems to fix it!
Loses my info
The app doesn’t work, it doesn’t even hold on to my account info, much less a connection to my sump pump.

This “Drycrete” white-labeled app doesn’t work. It’s unreliable. For me it’s totally broken right now. On the other hand, the PumpSpy app is working perfectly.
