Poor internet service

Spectrum says their side is strong but they my router shuts down internet constantly throughout the day

Headache

Every day I have to delete app, redownload it and log back in for this to work. Each new day when I attempt to log in I get a message that states unable to connect to router. Worked great for years, not sure if they updated something but a constant headache the last month or so
