I enjoy using this app for deliveries or in-store pickup, using the app is a breeze. Also, it’s great for finding shoes that I may not have seen in store. I’ve gotten some great deals this way!

I’m a rewards member. The points add up fast. You get free shipping and you can always find something there is so much stock.
Online payments
When trying to make multiple purchases over an extended period of time, I have found that it is impossible to use Apple Pay as your system will not allow it to go through. After doing much research, I verified that this is a long-standing problem with your company, and often times I just log out of the app and don’t make a purchase because I don’t feel like getting up and finding my wallet. It should not be this difficult.

I would’ve given this at five stars. I’ve been using this app for a long time to order my shoes. But it’s very irritating that you have to pay attention after you check out because you might accidentally accept some of those offers. An app should never have ads popping up after you checked out. It really makes me concerned of my security, especially after I’ve entered in my credit card information or even use PayPal to have these to pop-up as if they’re spam once you check out. You want five stars? Please put those pop-up some other place.

Easy to shop online. In store pick up a breeze at the White Plains store.
Difficult to pay
Tried to purchase a pair of shoes with code, code didn’t work and then very difficult to enter my credit card information. My information still had my address from 10 years ago. Not satisfied with this process at all. Very disappointing.
Customer service
My dog chewed my favorite heels. I was ecstatic to find them here! Promo code Waves was not applying to my cart. Santino from customer service was very quick to rectify that for me!

Very glitchy
Checking out on the site can be. A nightmare. More than once I have had payments refused because of glitches in the coding of the checkout process. It will not let the transaction proceed if a promo code is refused. You have to go back and remove the error message or it doesn't let you proceed. It is a really buggy and frustrating check out process.

User info issues
I love the app HOWEVER for years now, someone else has access to my account. When I sign in my email address, phone number & mailing address do not match my profile. I just stopped calling customer service because even after changing my password, DSW HAS YET to fix this.
