Don’t show my previous sales I don’t get any bonus points and it’s not the first time I used DSW and
System does not show my bonus points and a previous sales so far did she a couple sales and it doesn’t show me any bonus points
Difficult to access perks
Very frustrating. My password is never stored. It’s like DSW doesn’t want to recognize anyone they have previously qualified as VIP status or make good on any of the promotions they purport to offer. I had to really dig for offered perks. On the positive side, the selection is the best part of DSW
Enjoy the app, but dislike all the “special” offers
I dislike all the special offers at the end. You have to be so careful and hit declined every one of them or who knows what you’re buying.
Disappointed in order process!
Had a $5 birthday credit to spend. Put the code in the promo code box during the order process and got told it wasn’t available to apply to my order. Seems like a strange way to treat a customer who’s only looking for this tiny discount for my *birthday*! Bottom line, the order process is cumbersome and may be disappointing.

Promo codes never work!
I have several prom codes they emailed me, to bad they are always rejected! I guess they pick and choose what and when you can use your earned 20% off! I believe it’s a scam I have not been able to use not one promo code , I have many, some that were even mail to my home , and they were rejected also!

Not getting a new phone just to update apps that won’t update on an iPhone X. Lots of shopping that wont be happening

I ordered them from the store to have my size delivered to my house and they sent the wrong shoes

Save for later tab: I try to add items to my favorites as my own DIY save for later but some items aren’t able to be favorited. If I have multiple shoes in my cart I only select one if I wanted too. Please add save for later tab

Bought these online with help from Lolita in the brookwood store. Can’t wait to wear them.

Just awful my payments failed to go through your system. Had to try 3 times just to place an order for some socks that can not be shipped. Absolutely awful.

Cashier incompetence
I never asked to use my 3x the points and the cashier just applied it because she felt like it. I always save my 3x & 2x points for bigger purchases instead. I noticed and called customer service. They said they would return them and never got them back. Now I’m out 3x the points. Cashiers need to learn to ask if you want to use rewards or not.
