Cashier incompetence
I never asked to use my 3x the points and the cashier just applied it because she felt like it. I always save my 3x & 2x points for bigger purchases instead. I noticed and called customer service. They said they would return them and never got them back. Now I’m out 3x the points. Cashiers need to learn to ask if you want to use rewards or not.

Checkout payment option were difficult to access process. No reason indicated.

I have a DSW account. Never lets me log in and won’t let me reset my password. I’ve asked for help, gone online, and called. Nothing works. I always have to checkout as a guest.
Chat experience
I was trying to place an order and do a pick up out of state for my granddaughter. Andrew went above and beyond to update my cat with the nearest store that had both pair of shoes in stock! He provide me exceptional service. Thank you again Andrew.
App keeps crashing
I’ll open the app and then it crashes and closes on its own.

DSW used to give you a lot of different coupons and way more rewards. Lately nothing

Bug: App crash on open
The past couple times I’ve tried to open the DSW app it loads for a second and then immediately exits out. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but it did not fix the issue.
Awful app! Took 20 mins to actually place order super slow
Slow, difficult to process. Held on to wrong info. A pain.
Glitch during address change
Need to very attentive when you make shipment address change. It doesn’t update automatically and sometimes reverse back to the old address.

I needed “emergency shoes”, yes seriously there’s such a thing! I have an event next week that I need a pair of shoes for to match my dress, however, I’m on a beach vacation hundreds of miles away and can’t get to the store, so I ordered them on the DSW app, WITH same day Door Dash delivery. It doesn’t get much better than that! Thanks for saving me DSW!

App crashes on launch
On launching the app, the app crashes. Even after deleting the app and relaunching it, the app continues to crash.

Fans Club
I got forwarded from your sight to the fans club, thinking I was on the DSW website. Ended up adding my cc into, thinking I was going to get a rebate. This is predatory. Now I may have to cancel my cc.
