จำเป็นต้องใช้ผ่านแอพนี้เพราะอยู่ต่างประเทศ จ่ายรายเดือนทุกเดือนแต่ใช้งานไม่ได้เวลามีคนโทรเข้าคือโทรไม่ติด เวลามีปัญหาจะให้ดำเนินการอะไร 1678 บอกจะให้เจ้าหน้าที่ติดต่อกลับ แล้วจะดำเนินการยังไงในเมื่อแอพคุณใช้งานไม่ได้โทรมากี่ทีก็ไม่ติดแล้วมาบอกว่าเราไม่รับสาย แล้วถ้ามีคนโทนมาแล้วเรารับสายเราต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มอีกนะ จ่ายทั้งโทรออกทั้งรับสาย

Excellent App - Thank You
DTAC is the only carrier of the three to have an app like this. It really is a great differentiator and the main reason why some friends and I chose DTAC.
One feature they really need is the ability to block specific numbers. I have had a couple annoying spam callers call repeatedly, and there is no way to stop the app from ringing each time. If they add this I will add the fifth star ;)
