I’m reviewing this from Vietnam at the moment— no VPN. I was able to pay my electricity bill with my card on file for K Bank. Not sure about non-Thai banks though. [Note: Developing and maintaining iOS apps is hard and doubly hard when laws are changing, so you need to set expectations accordingly.]

Broken app, horrible costumer service
0 stars.This app is terrible. I tried to change my phone number and it didn’t work at all. I called 1129 and wasted over 3 hours with no solution. Completely unacceptable service from PEA. Fix your system.

It blocks foreign IP
The latest update makes the app stop working if you are overseas. They initially do not accept overseas credit card but now they make it even harder if you are Thai resident overseas.

จะใช้แต่ละครั้งต้องลุ้นเดี๋ยวได้เดี๋ยวไม่ได้ error 500 บ้างละ เชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟไม่ได้บ้างละ พักก่อน 😡
