Works For Me (2026)
I’m reviewing this from Vietnam at the moment— no VPN. I was able to pay my electricity bill with my card on file for K Bank. Not sure about non-Thai banks though. [Note: Developing and maintaining iOS apps is hard and doubly hard when laws are changing, so you need to set expectations accordingly.]

Broken app, horrible costumer service
0 stars.This app is terrible. I tried to change my phone number and it didn’t work at all. I called 1129 and wasted over 3 hours with no solution. Completely unacceptable service from PEA. Fix your system.

It blocks foreign IP
The latest update makes the app stop working if you are overseas. They initially do not accept overseas credit card but now they make it even harder if you are Thai resident overseas.

จะใช้แต่ละครั้งต้องลุ้นเดี๋ยวได้เดี๋ยวไม่ได้ error 500 บ้างละ เชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟไม่ได้บ้างละ พักก่อน 😡

Absolute trash. Don’t waste your time, just find a 7-11 to pay your bill.
Waste of an App
Couldn’t set up OTP not sent to iPhone. Went to PEA office & lady kindly set up. Next day opening app, went straight to register again via OTP, ( which OTP won’t go to my phone)NOT log in with 6 digit pass.

Very good app … handy … works well for expats often out of Country, to verify power use, and paying PEA bills in timely fashion. But you must have Internationally roaming Thai cellular service … to receive OTP codes … from bank to complete transactions. Not a big deal!!! Good security!

ตอนนี้ไฟฟ้าปรับปรุงหรือเลิกใช้แอพไปแล้วคะ เข้าไปเช็คค่าไฟไม่ได้เลย ค่าไฟบ้าน คอนโดต้องอาศัยเช็คในเว็บตลอด ปรับปรุงให้ไวหน่อยค่ะ

Won’t process Foreign Credit Cards
Worked great for a couple years. Now it won’t process foreign credit cards. Also constantly changes login info.

Not working
Once the OTP is issued there is no place to enter the number. This App is poorly written.
Incompatible with iOS 13.4
When an OTP is sent, nothing happens and there is no way to enter it.
