This DLT Smart Queue is clunky and poor design with Message bubble that do not have the ability to scroll down
Smart queue problems
Over three days I managed to open the app once, now it doesn’t recognise my passport number and refuses to let me or change my password! Totally useless and if this is the only way to access an appointment I guess hundreds will be driving without valid licenses.

เป็นหน่วยงานสำคัญที่ห่วยแตกทุกการบริการ ข้อกฏหมายผ่านกรมนี้เยอะมาก แต่บริการห่วยแตกตั้งแต่แบบ offline ยัน online อยากให้ 0 ดาวแต่ระบบต้องให้ ให้ 1 ละกัน อย่างน้อยก็พยายามดูดี แต่ไร้ประโชชน์

Registration broken
The app simply not working, foreign users cannot register via app or website, it hangs or provide error that my foreign passport is not fit Thai id validation regardless that I am using foreigner reg with passport docs. Very unfriendly for tourists who want to follow law and obtain valid local government driver license
