This DLT Smart Queue is clunky and poor design with Message bubble that do not have the ability to scroll down
Smart queue problems
Over three days I managed to open the app once, now it doesn’t recognise my passport number and refuses to let me or change my password! Totally useless and if this is the only way to access an appointment I guess hundreds will be driving without valid licenses.

Registration broken
The app simply not working, foreign users cannot register via app or website, it hangs or provide error that my foreign passport is not fit Thai id validation regardless that I am using foreigner reg with passport docs. Very unfriendly for tourists who want to follow law and obtain valid local government driver license

I think one of the black market government cronies designed this app to be intentionally dysfunctional in order to boost their revenue stream.

We address provided by this app doesn’t work, can’t bring me to any que and keep the window “address is in valid” !!??

Useless
A complete waste of time. Jump through hoops just to get to the book an appointment page and it glitches so you’re unable to book a time. Better to have no app at all than one that doesn’t function properly. So I guess I’ll being going to the office in person and standing in a queue for a few hours, which is exactly what I would have done anyway if the app hadn’t promised to make my life so much easier… Seriously, how difficult is it to make an app that works? Yes, I did try the webpage,and the login link is unresponsive.

Easy to use now
Once you set up your sign in and password then log in using foreign passport number and password. A calendar will pop up after you fill out info and what you want to do ie : drivers license, car registration etc and shows you what days are available. In a few minutes I had my QR code and appointment to renew my license 4 days from the day I signed in. If your in busy area like Bangkok or Prachuabkhirikhan you might have to settle for later date as the queues fill up fast.

Waste of time
Unable to register, does not accept non-Thai Id number (pink card) , nor does it accept Passport information. Infuriating waste of time!

กดเข้าแอพแล้วเป็นหน้าจอสีดำ ปิดแอพเปิดใหม่ รีสตาร์ทเครื่องก็มีปัญหาเดิม จะจองทางอื่นก็ไม่ได้ ต้องแอพเท่านั้น ดูไม่มีทางเลือกเลย
