Most useless bank app
How is this a financial app, that is always crashing like some Damm app for games. Fix this or fire your developer. This is trash.

Outdated
Honestly, this app needs serious improvement. After sending money, there are no recipient details shown no name, no confirmation, no proper receipt. You just get a message saying the transaction went through, and that’s it. It’s really frustrating not being able to confirm who you actually sent money to.
On top of that, the user interface is confusing and outdated. For a bank, this level of transparency and design is unacceptable. DTB really needs to fix this and make the app more user-friendly, with clear transaction details and downloadable receipts like other modern banking apps.

Freezing
On loan payment or loan access it’s frozen nothings works after the update

It’s good but of late weza loan is not working to a point that the bank added interest on my loan coz I couldn’t access

App issue
I have DTB m24/7 it worked once and since than it keep giving error unable to show a/c balance even the code I was given to use direct from mobile it gives error unavailable at time time

Unreliable
App frequently crashes. Customer support doesn’t seem to have an idea on how to resolve so it becomes a sit and wait solution.
Better than any other banks app in Kenya
I use mobile banking for Prime Bank, Chase, and CBA - the new DTB app beats them all... clean, simple, fast, intuitive.
