There should be an option to give apps ZERO STARS.

CONSTANT issues when logging in and being locked out.
Called DTRIC talked to Ryan Lum. He wasn’t listening to me when I was explaining to him about my constant issues with the app. He asked what kind of phone I had and I said iPhone. He said that it’s funny because iPhones shouldn’t be having that issue. Once he finally listened to me and realized I was completely “LOCKED OUT”. He sent me an email with a temporary password. Which didn’t work by the way. It kept saying “invalid user name and password”.
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP and TRAIN your AGENTS on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
