App doesn’t work, so I sign in online through browser
I can’t even log in my email and password are correct but it doesn’t log me in. And through the internet browser the log in screen asks for user id and password and that works.

Horrible app can’t make a payment always logged out when I’m ready to make a payment! It’s 2025 yet can’t even get a mobile app that works smh
Do better
Small business with an app for so called Insurance use… have to do better it’s no help just a waste of space when it lags or can’t even process a payment. Fix asap honestly I would give this half a star review if was able to

I understand being a smaller business, but this is ridiculous. This app barley functions. It doesn’t show you due amounts, and doesn’t even refresh after making a payment. I’ve had to reset my password four times, with two different monitors in front of me, and it will not take my password. I had no choice but to choose this insurance company because everything is going up, and they were the cheapest at a whopping $300. It’s really disheartening when the company I chose to insure my car so I can continue to contribute to society, doesn’t even seem reliable. In this day and age, internet presence is everything. And if I can’t even get a breakdown of my policy, let alone log in, why would I trust you?
