Monthly premium not working
When trying to calculate by using the monthly premium and or the annual premium, it does not give you what the death benefit will be. It only goes to the next page and it says form selection with a drop-down and nothing populates. You have to use the death benefit amount then it will give you what the monthly premium will be. Can we please check on this as soon as possible? I really like the feature to just use what the monthly premium will be so it will calculate the death benefit.

Unable to quote
Most products aren’t available to quote it’s saying error.
Good but we need more!
It would be great if it can do multiple quotes at one time -Ex. $5k, 10k, 15k.
Table ratings
This isn’t a complete app if you can’t add a table rating. Other carriers allow you to quote cases that are below Standard.
Great app. A few bugs
Irritating that it doesn’t seem to save age, gender, or smoker classification after quote is generated. Making it time consuming to generate multiple quotes. New interface is well appreciate and overall very nice, TUIAD.
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried to click the “Close” button in the upper left hand corner on the premium results screen? The "Close" button will take you back to the initial input screen and the previously entered input is maintained. If you click the “Start a New Quote” button the input screen will reappear but all of the information will be cleared out of the form. It is easy to see where there may be some confusion on how this functionality is intended to work. Your feedback will be shared with the user interface design team to see if the there is a more intuitive way to transition back to the input screen.
