Awesome in Theory …
I love the concept of the app, but experience frequent data leaks in practice. I enter a birthdate, it’s gone the next day. I enter a note, it’s gone the next day. It’s difficult to rely on a program if I can’t rely on the information I enter to stay there.
Glitches a lot
I’ve made countless notes that disappear. There should eabetterwayto dea with duplicate leads. The dailer isn’t the best. Needs more attention especially since it was designed by someone who goes door to door.
Super useful, and expensive
I was recently impressed with the company when the head tech guru reached out to me after I lodged a complaint about a technical problem. He asked if I had any other input, so I then addressed a couple of other issues that he has now had the tech team people work out and they have made the modifications to the app. As someone who has knocked doors for decades, I really do enjoy using this app and recommend it to every road warrior I meet.

New Update
New update is so trash and tedious. Seriously switch it back to how it used to be… unacceptable.
Could be so much better
It allows you to schedule duplicate tasks that conflict unfortunately. That’s a real problem. When you make a note it should automatically put in the date and time. It doesn’t, so you wast a lot of time putting in information that should auto populate. Leads from integrity will not attach as they should. Sometimes the maps directions feature gives you audible voice queues to make a turn, sometimes it just gives a lower toned audible ding. It should give vocal verbal directions for a turn 100% of the time in my opinion. Scheduled task within the app will not sync with Google Calendar.
