Could be so much better

It allows you to schedule duplicate tasks that conflict unfortunately. That’s a real problem. When you make a note it should automatically put in the date and time. It doesn’t, so you wast a lot of time putting in information that should auto populate. Leads from integrity will not attach as they should. Sometimes the maps directions feature gives you audible voice queues to make a turn, sometimes it just gives a lower toned audible ding. It should give vocal verbal directions for a turn 100% of the time in my opinion. Scheduled task within the app will not sync with Google Calendar.

Freakin Beacon, thanks for the freakin amazing feedback. We took the time to work through this, thank you for taking the time. Here's what we added for you since you left this: 1. Duplicate/conflicting tasks: we now show a conflict popup and best, automatically sync with your Google calendar. If there is an overlap, we will surface it to you. No more duplicate tasks nor conflicts. 2. Auto date/time on notes: totally agree, we just launched automatic timestamps on every note source in the activity feed. Check it out. 3. Integrity lead attach: fixed in the newest version. Lead Attachment no longer crashes and the link should hold now. Here is what we don't control: audible voice queues. Good news is, we don't (and never) supported those. These are actually coming from either your Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps app. We don't control those audio queues and you can definitely change the settings of how audible you want those to be. Happy knocking - don't knock it till you try it!

Does not help route planning as stated

I’m new to this business, so thought this would help get me started. I was excited to use the route planning option as stated. After downloading it I could not find how to do that. I called support they could not help. That’s one of the biggest reasons I downloaded this app. So I guess the lesson is, beware, this app may not work as advertised.

We also have a pretty comprehensive getting started guide here: https://www.knockitpro.com/getting-started. You're right that finding "Add to Route" was harder than it should have been, and I'm sorry support couldn't bridge the gap. We just put the Route button back on every lead card so it's literally one tap to add or remove a stop, no menu hunting. If you give it another shot, email feedback@knockitpro.com and I'll personally walk you through your first route.

My favorite tool!

This app is the perfect tool for routing and maintaining my business. Changing icons to the stage a lead is in is priceless. Adding images and having everything time stamped is so useful. I’ve increased my business at least 30-40% since using.

Very expensive for the fact the app crashes a lot

System will upload leads with completely messed up info and when you try to fix it the app crashes and won’t work for a while

NicoleEatsTheWorld leads come in all sorts of ways and formats. We do our very best to make sure they come in exactly as you want. Would you mind emailing a portion of your leads to support@knockitpro.com. Make the subject "Lead Import Broken for PDF/Image/CSV/etc" and attach a portion/screenshot/image of the leads you're uploading. Our team will pick it up right away. We've done dozens of times and we always get it right. This is the kind of feedback that hurts because you're paying for reliability. A few of the worst crash paths got fixed in latest update (Lead Attachment with no PDF was a big one, plus some activity-edit crashes). If you would rather, I want you to call in and we'll walk you through what you might be seeing. Thousands of agents use our app for several hours a day, please don't be afraid to reach out. We want to help, and our app definitely works.

The best field sales app on the market.

I’ve tried all the other apps out there; Salesrabbit, badgermaps, but Knock It Pro’s process is the best.

I’ve closed more leads every month, and so has the rest of the team

$50 a month for an app that doesn’t fully work

I love the routing feature of knock it pro. But it is ridiculously high for the fact you cannot always use it without it glitching out. You cannot edit the information that knock it pro uploads wrong without the app crashing for a few hours. You cannot use the app without it draining your battery down to nothing. It is ridiculously expensive for an app that seems to be still needing a lot of work.

GAME CHANGER

Been a Field Agent in the FE and MA business for the last 10 plus years. I’m an idiot that it took me so long to find this app, nothing even comes close to the ease of operation and use. I’m older than most field agents and have struggled with 2 other apps (not naming them but one of them starts with a “M”). The technical support on this app is awesome, quick responses (not left hanging like the aformentioned app), great tutorials and an idiot like me can use this app, easily. It’s saving me hours of wasted time trying to upload leads and much easier to track an manage my leads with this app.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL- BEWARE!

app works okay. But when you need to cancel the subscription, you will find no link to click, no response to emails, and a phone number that goes to voicemail. Poor customer service in this area.

Priceless

The time I save and business I gain that otherwise would be lost or forgotten makes this app priceless!
Having my leads on a platform that I can designate different icons for various different reasons, plus having time and date stamped logs of all the activity a specific lead has had. This app has added easily 20-30% more business for me. Final expense salespeople, this is a game changer!

Amazing App
