Doesn’t open

I’ve tried connecting BT without the app and it wouldn’t work so it tells me to download this app so that I can connect but then the app won’t even open for me to connect and for the people saying u have to be connected to Bluetooth for it to open, please tell me how I’m supposed to connect when the whole reason I got the app is so it would let me.

If you have a compatible head unit it’s the $*it!

Only works with units enabled for this app, and it works great since my marine radio is below deck.
