Unit functionality deprivation
I recently noticed there was an update, and now I’m extremely disappointed with the changes. I scanned my vehicle about a month ago and was able to access all of the vehicle’s modules. Now, all of a sudden, the only module I can access is the engine.
I’ll be returning the unit to the place I purchased it from, and I’ll be leaving a negative review detailing exactly what happened.
I’ll also be letting others know about this “backdoor” change you guys just pulled. You allowed customers to scan and access all of their vehicle’s modules, only to push an update and suddenly take that functionality away. That’s not an acceptable way to treat customers who already purchased the product based on the capabilities it previously provided.
If the functionality was available when I purchased the unit, removing it afterward is something customers absolutely deserve an explanation for
