Shady Subscription charges and unfriendly app interface in this regard
I got charged $100 after ordering the tool for cheap, then didnโt even get all the things the order was supposed to come with, and when I downloaded the app, the interface is good for the scanning part but managing ANYTHING having to do with your account is near impossible to do. I had to flag the charge and now I have to order a new card because I canโt use mine anymoreโฆ very very shady way of the company handling account user interface.

The device works, but they charged me for a subscription I did not approve. Then to actually cancel the subscription you have to go through multiple pages of bs. This is super shady business and I would never recommend them to anyone

I bought the fixd scanner online , I thought it was a cool gadget. But I never signed up to a subscription!!! I downloaded the app and was waiting to use it one day. Next thing you know , they charged me $100 with out me signing up. I guess they just took my Apple Pay info and signed me up automatically. That a scam if you ask me. With out my permission. !!!!
