Don’t trust

Stopped scanning my car after 2 years it keeps saying user canceled when my check engine light has been on for a month now.

Notification never clear

This doesn’t auto sync with my vehicle. I don’t want to manually click sync every day it so.

The title reason is that in IOS I have 4 notifications that are unable to clear. No in app notifications. No missing configurations (e.g., tire wear). Just an unbearable 4 on the app on my homescreen.

This app hasn’t been updated in 2+ years? Time to uninstall.

Does not detect Check Engine Light

I have had the check engine light come on at least 6 times in 6 weeks and this app never detected a problem, even though the dealer and a hand held scanner found two fault does.

Worthless

Very disappointed! This is the second occasion where my 17 year old son has been driving the car and the check engine light comes on and CarRx doesn't notify me and the scan says "no problems detected" when in reality the issue was a "major driving impact" issue. Waste of money!

Sitting in my car with the check engine light on and the app tells me nothing. Absolute scam.
