10/10 would recommend getting one of these! Even if you don’t need it now, it’s great to have if anything ever pops up.. literally! It’s helped me diagnose so much with my car along with my friends and families cars!! You won’t regret getting one of these! You’ll be everyone’s saving grace 🙃

Been meaning to order this for years now and finally got the sensor and installed the app. Sure enough, the check engine light came on and I was able to find out, it was just an EVAP warning and nothing serious. Great price for peace of mind.

I got charged $100 after ordering the tool for cheap, then didn’t even get all the things the order was supposed to come with, and when I downloaded the app, the interface is good for the scanning part but managing ANYTHING having to do with your account is near impossible to do. I had to flag the charge and now I have to order a new card because I can’t use mine anymore… very very shady way of the company handling account user interface.

The device works, but they charged me for a subscription I did not approve. Then to actually cancel the subscription you have to go through multiple pages of bs. This is super shady business and I would never recommend them to anyone

I bought the fixd scanner online , I thought it was a cool gadget. But I never signed up to a subscription!!! I downloaded the app and was waiting to use it one day. Next thing you know , they charged me $100 with out me signing up. I guess they just took my Apple Pay info and signed me up automatically. That a scam if you ask me. With out my permission. !!!!

i don’t know why this app tried to change my card $109.74 without my consent as i didn’t even sign up for anything let alone a free trail, that was uncalled for and unacceptable, i haven’t even used their services, my only vice was ordering their scanner which i haven’t even opened, useless
State of the heart scanner
Really love this tool very easy to use software is extremely user-friendly very straightforward. Answers giving a lot of options as far as diagnostic definitely a must have for any Mechanic or car enthusiast

Like many people I paid $20 for the scanner, then they tried charging me $99 - how many boxes were there to uncheck on the purchase page, did I miss one? My bank sent a fraud alert, I said I did not authorize the charge, they immediately cancelled my card & issued a new one a week later! That was a year ago. Well, today they just tried again to charge my new card number! I don't even know how they got it but yet again my bank cancelled my card. What a mess. The device works fine, it's just the trying to steal my money part I have a problem with. Beware

Waste of effort
I bought this and was disappointed with the results, but then I was notified by my bank that FIXD attempted to charge my cc $106.59 for the Premium subscription I had never seen or agreed to. Further, there contact information is almost impossible to get through to anyone.

My Dad got me my first FIXD and now I tell everyone about them. It’s so easy to use and incredibly helpful. From codes to possible fixes, it has everything you need to stay on top of your cars!
Best little tool in my toolbox
I absolutely love this little diagnostic tool. It’s easy to read, easy to plug-in, and it has came in very handy for me in the last few months, especially. I love it so much that I got each one of my grandkids one so that’s five and then I got my daughter one as well. This way I don’t have to go to the dealership or to the garage just to get a scan and have them charge me $150 for it. It throws codes and I look it up on Google. It narrows down exactly what my problems could be. And gives me a place to start looking for how to fix my problem. I love this thing! And that’s without a premium subscription. I’m sure if you had the premium subscription it would probably give you a lot more detail right on your phone. I don’t ever wanna be without mine!
