😭 Once booked, the ride itself takes excessively long — more than 1.5 hours to reach even nearby destinations due to inefficient routing.
😭 Drivers seem uncooperative and consistently choose traffic-heavy roads instead of faster alternatives, with no regard for passenger time.
😭 Customer service is just as poor — they rarely respond to queries or concerns, and it feels like there’s no accountability at any level.
