Doesn’t allow user to use UAE pass to login - returns cancellation request
Suddenly Cannot Authenticate with Title Deed: Invalid or missing credentials
I've been using the same method to login for a year, and today it is broken with "Invalid or missing credentials." I have tried reinstalling, and I have confirmed the info I am entering is correct. I cannot use the other login methods because I am international and have never visited UAE yet so UAEPASS won't find me. Very frustrated that I cannot see my properties anymore.

Too bad
I can't log in and can't view my assets. I used to be able to log in with my email, why did they change that? Don't they consider foreign investors?
Difficult to use
There are far too many services under each property. Main ones are title deed search, rental contracts and rent calculator. Users should be given choice to select and not always trying to find a service required

Login via UAE PASS fails, registration already exists. Useless
App service not working
The app ejari renewal service does not work. Quite literally one of the worst products ever made. No functionality and no customer service. And they still refer users to the application. Their offline DLD teams can’t even use it. Masterclass in how not to build a product.

Cannot authenticate because Phone Number login has been removed
It seems DLD recently updated login methods to remove phone number / DOB and only has UAE PASS available. But UAE PASS cannot be used for foreign investors who have not visited UAE before. This seems to mean that many investors are locked out and unable to access their property dashboards.
Can’t renew Tenancy contract
Pointless app. Literally doesn’t work or serve it’s purpose. Says “mobile number required” under “remarks” in the final step. (What does “remarks even mean - no explanation) enter mobile number and still doesn’t work. Terrible terrible app. No I have to go in person which is super annoying and costs more to renew.

It’s an excellent management tool
Tried it, gives you details of your real estate and u can apply for property services through it.
Great idea, poor execution
Super buggy, absolutely terrible user interface. Trying to find or access information is a slow and painful process. Has potential to be really useful but the design and backend are terrible.

Riddled with errors
As an owner, this app is infuriating. Nothing works, submitting requests are met with errors. It’s just a pointless app.

The application is unusable. Most of the sections are confusing and useless. No principles were followed in the design.
Sad story
When you can’t build an app to do a simple task and shows errors every time you click and do nothing about it then you know the quality behind the organization… a sad story that needs to come to an end!

You’d think for a developer like DP they’d invest properly in a working app and semi decent phone customer support. Neither work.
