Impossible to log in
My house’s power went off, and I need to reset the feeder, but I can’t log in to the app! It won’t allow me to reset password or anything.

Downloaded this because of the manual page of my pet feeder shows “Dudu” but soon realized that it does not work. Use the other one called “Smart Life” which is the one that actually got QR code printed on the manual instead.
Unable to set up even an account
This app is useless as it won’t even send confirmation code to set up an account. Pet feed can’t be set up for wifi

What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work??
I had purchased an auto feeder for my pet and it required this app to set up feeding times. I can’t even manage to make an account on this app because it won’t send confirmation codes to any number or email address I put in.
It’s so buggy I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Does not work
Remove the login!!
Ap controlling feeder units worked then stopped. No support avail
I’ve bought 2 units and now they are useless. The ap support is all in Chinese. No one answers or responds. Light your purchase money on fire instead.

I purchased a cat feeder (I’m base in New Zealand) and though I downloaded the app and followed the instructions, the device isn’t getting picked up when trying to pair by Bluetooth. Done all the limited troubleshooting options provided with the manual, and as a last resort it says to “contact support”, however no numbers or email provided. Feeder is useless without the app as there’s no way to manually schedule the feedings.

Tells you to contact support, no way to do that
Cannot find any way to contact support. No phone, no email. Cannot connect device to app so the $$ feeder is unusable.

Can’t connect to the WiFi in the UK and the app functions are so limited
Very handy
I was over feeding my dog because she was very good at acting like I hadn’t fed her! Note I know she’s fed twice a day and gets exactly the amount she needs! Love this feeder:)
Horrible! Won’t connect.
Tried to connect over and over again. Not programmable if it doesn’t connect to the app! Should have a programmer directly on the feeder. Geesh!

Doesn’t let me log In After password change. App navigation is trash. Doesn’t connect properly. Just a bad app don’t use.
Easy to set up, wish had more options
Able to set up feeding and app as instructions provided. Great that I can pick any time and portion amount for my cat. He ate it right away from first trial run. This will save so much time ans sleepless nights having to feed him smaller portion control for jet restrictions. Wish I could edit the event list by line item. Also wish there was a chart that shows feeding or confirmation alert that it is working properly. Not sure how to set up voice audio yet either.

Doesn’t work with WiFi enabled
As the title says, the app doesn’t work when with WiFi enabled on your device, which is a fail. Pleas update your App.
Garbage
The instructions provided with the unit are not compatible with the feeder. I received an email within 2 days after delivery providing me with instructions that did work and I was able to connect to WiFi and program the feedings. Within a week the app failed repeatedly despite every attempt to log back in. I’d like to summarize my entire experience with 2 words: Failure & Garbage.

Can't connect
I was only able to connect to it one time and assign a schedule feed for my pet after that you can't login, becoming useless. Developer should just remove the logging in for every device and have connections the same properties with a Bluetooth headphone.
Can’t login to the app
Can’t login to the app so you can setup the feeder. Unfortunately the only way to set the timer is via the app. Please fix the app as soon as possible otherwise this product can’t be used..
