Wish I could try the app

The app will not allow you to access the 7 day free trial. So I can’t try any of the features. It appears to be everything I’ve been looking for. It’s too bad that it can’t be used.

Needs lots of improvement

Tried the app after seeing an ad but it’s useless. I wanted it to track my cats info which you have to pay so I tried to pay or try out the app for the 7 days free but couldn’t even do that. Glitchy app, needs lots more work before being released to the public. Get some beta testers and try it out before trying to charge people for it. Or make all the e features free for users until you get it properly working. So tired of people wasting peoples time and often money before properly doing the work

Can’t do anything without paying for monthly subscription

This app is not functional, unless you pay for the monthly membership or share with five of your friends. Unable to use without committing.

login

i was unable to set up a username and password. It kept telling me I need a unique email. No clue what reference is to. error “oops, need unique email”
I deleted the app.

Good tracker

This is a nice app to track every thing, from food intake, ph levels, spending, and even the amount of times your vet vomits. I’m enjoying this app a lot especially the tasks lists, it makes sure I stay on top of everything for each week. For $10 a year to keep on track of all that in one app is very convenient! Would recommend this app!

Response from developer

Hey, Thanks for the great feedback, i'm so glad you are finding the features very helpful for your pets. My favourite has to be Tasks as well, i also use tasks as my own daily to-do-list and not just my pets ha. ^ Joe :)

Horrible

I tried it after seeing an ad on Instagram… but the app is pretty much useless. There’s spelling and formatting errors everywhere, it’s hard to use, and basically just a really problematic scheduling system that you could have just used your phone’s built in calendar for…

Response from developer

Hi Hazel, sorry my app didn’t meet your expectations, quite upsetting tbh to hear it being called Horrible :( The app is more than a reminder / Calendar app what you can do on your phone. It’s got records, trackers and tasks just to state a few which cannot be done on your phone. There was an bug on the app which was causing some slowness which has been fixed. And there is a new update this afternoon UK time which has made the app speed 10x faster. Hope you like the new speed update today. And any feedback in the future please let me know by clicking Get Help in More. Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback on here as well DuePet Team

Bugs & Ideas

There are a couple little bugs i’ve come across, 1)for some reason when i assigned my pets individual photos they all had the same photo, however after closing and reopening the app it fixed itself, 2) In the pets settings it shows each of their birthdays as one day before I set it as. In the upcoming events it shows the correct date but in the settings it shows one day early. The reason i downloaded the app was to track their weight and behavior, which is a premium tool. I completely understand that the people who create the app and support it need to make a profit, i’m just not in the position to be spending money on non essentials. A nice idea for the app would be a custom daily checklists, similar to reminders or notes except formatted as a custom checklist which resets every scheduled time. This would be useful for doing daily health checks to make sure no one has any tumors, injuries, odd behaviors, etc.. Another nice feature would be an option to upload images to track, since for rats you don’t really base their health off of weight but how their body is proportioned, so taking weekly photos of them would be helpful to track growth and fat distribution! Hope any of this info helps

Hi An Sorry for the late reply to your feedback. I like the idea of having like a Timelapse tracker on the app very much appreciated that idea something I must speak with the team about this week. Regards to the check list idea, Have you checked “Tasks” out yet? Any feedback or suggestions please keep them coming I’m always looking for new features to build in for the DuePet Community.
