They convinced customers to buy and ghost u… later they and not reachable anywhere not on Instagram not even on email.. they cut many charges. Hidden charges are also there they dnt even tell you this before buying the subscription… bad platform .. they built the good app but there is many bugs and no help from the cutomer care. Do not buy this app at all

Fraud please don,t use this software
I have purchased a subscription for 5000 they are not helping me, you can’t call or chat with help center. I am having issue with connecting my custom domain with dukaan, their is not a single option for contact with customer care, fraud be aware and they charge me 500 rupees to delete my account what scam they are doing in India the reason why i hate indian policies

Worst Service Ever
Dukaan promises easy website building but delivers the worst service. After paying ₹ 15- 20k manually, there’s no customer support, no response to emails, and no accountability. They don't care about their customers' money. Highly unprofessional service. Beware before trusting Dukaan with your hard-earned money.

Hi , I am extremely dissatisfied with the chat support service provided by Dukaan. I have been experiencing issues with adding a banner to my website, as the option to do so is not available. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this problem through chat support, I have not received any effective assistance. This ongoing issue is hindering the functionality and visual appeal of my website, and I am seeking an urgent resolution to ensure my business operations are not further disrupted.

It's broken!
It seem like a school project that got attention when in school and then forgotten. Now I have to work twice to migrate it out to Shopify

App is great but why have you changed the category settings , when user wants to edit products . Earlier when you select a category , all the products where visible with images at once , which we could edit easily .
Now the when you select category , it goes to edit category and products have gone down without any image .
Please correct this. Also sometimes when you enter price , it’s not appearing.

Not paying amount
After delivered order its been 10 days+ and they are not giving us amount and customer support is 0 they dont have contact number and mail system

They’re openly scamming and tricking Sellers first they will tell you that you will get a free domain but you’ll never get a domain matching your shop name and when customer pays online payment they will block the payment and never sends you and will never reply bcaz no customer care number

DO NO FALL FOR THIS!
Probably one of the worst startups there is and the CEO thinking of himself as a STARTUP OR TECH god who used AI as an excuse to lay off 90% of it’s support satff and neve said about it’s failing business and dried up funding.
I would suggest not to download this app and waste your hard earned money where human employees are just seen as statistics.

Poor Customer Support
I've recently felt that the customer support is not being supported by anyone in person. The chatbot keeps giving same answers in circles. If it does not improve, I'll not use this app for any services

Was great initially but after a couple of months their response team has been terrible, I’ve paid for their platinum account and my manager has changed about 5 times in 2 months. Everyone I’ve spoken to has left the company. And I’ve paid for the entire year. Worst decision, should have stuck to shopify

Incredible (light speed) Shopify alternative BUT still needs work
I was simply gobsmacked by how quickly our team set up a trial store on Dukaan, after banging their heads against the wall for a week with Shopify. I have never experienced such a fast and intuitive set up experience, and I really do think this platform is a game changer. However, it is clear that there are still many features, including very simple, one, such as allowing us to tweak the design of your shopfront templates, that you still need to implement fast to become a genuine rival to Shopify. Other than that, you’re probably better than them already in many regards. You are much less greedy with fees, much less bureaucratic with set up, and have a much more robust system that just works so well and quickly in terms of load times.
