Ils bloquent sans raisons valables quand t’as fais le paiement. Déjà tu paie 3 fois plus cher que la valeur reellle. Mais ils te bloquent et tu galère pour avoir ton code. Ils répondent même pas par mail.

one of the biggest monopolies on the internet to steal your money. they attempt to log you out / ban when you dispute a fraud over they won’t even answer when they do they seem to forget about manners or just doing a refund generally they just ignore you😂

Code unavailable and long waiting time for support

I’ve reached out Steam to redeem my code and the Steam Wallet Code provided was already redeemed.

This is unacceptable and im currently waiting for a disposition that was informed that takes 3 days.

Such and awful experience.

They are Scammers

Tened cuidado son unos trileros de tomo y lomo. El 2 de julio escribí un mail pidiendo permiso para usar un tercer número de teléfono. Pues ellos solo aceptan 2 teléfonos verificados, por eso vuelvo a repetir pedí primero permiso. Él mismo día dos me contesta un tal Lucas asegurándome que solo necesitaba verificar la propiedad de la línea mediante una factura original en pdf. Pues yo se la envié (y varias veces) El día 3 compro la tarjeta a través de un sistema de pago que se llama Daopay. Me mandan un mail diciendo que deben verificar la titularidad del teléfono (ya la había verificado con anterioridad). Hoy por la mañana me escriben y me dicen que me banean por vida que se quedan con el dinero y encima me tengo que quedar con la acusación de actividades fraudulentas o contra el patrimonio porque una piara de ineptos así lo ha decidido unilateralmente. Ya los conozco si la crítica es mala contestan en menos de 24 horas eso si si tienen que solucionar algo el dinero lo agarran lo primero y si hay fallos puedes estar hasta 72 horas sin que se arregle. Siempre con la misma escusa, ellos dirán que contestan lo más rápido posible. Pues contratad más gente que con lo que os quedáis tenéis para unas oficinas en cada país de Europa. Manuel Bernabé

Do Not Use

Having used Dundle online for a long time I just downloaded the app & made my regular Neosurf purchase using app which cost me >$3 extra?? The Neosurf code is not recognised whereas have had no problems previously. All help pages lead to server error pages. Now have to wait for >4 days for a response from Dundle! Not happy…

Few times I have bought, everything was ok, but few days ago and tonight - " This code has already been redeemed. "
For the 1st time they replied after my bad rating on other place and " sent the case to revisor "... nothing...
tonight - again " This code has already been redeemed." Maybe after this honest 1 star rate they will do something not to scam people
