Worst customer service. It takes forever to get any response from the support team

No phone number to get hold of anyone and no they don’t resolve issues nor provide any response within 24 hours as they claim. They would close the support ticket without any resolution

They completely scammed me

I bought a $50 PlayStation Mexican gift card and when I tried to redeem it, it said I couldn’t redeem it because of the region even though my ps account is Mexican. I contacted support and they couldn’t help me get a refund. So I got nothing and they kept my $50
