They completely scammed me
I bought a $50 PlayStation Mexican gift card and when I tried to redeem it, it said I couldn’t redeem it because of the region even though my ps account is Mexican. I contacted support and they couldn’t help me get a refund. So I got nothing and they kept my $50

I purchased a PlayStation Store code advertised for Mexico, since my PSN account is registered in Mexico. However, the seller delivered a US-region code that cannot be redeemed on my account.
Customer support acknowledged the code is US-only but refused to provide a replacement or refund and redirected me to PlayStation Support, even though Sony cannot modify third-party retail codes.
The product delivered does not match the advertised region. Buyers should be careful when purchasing digital codes from this app.

It was a good service until they upped their service fees. $5.99 service fees on a $10 paysafe card? They want you to pay over half the price of the card in fees. Run away

Can't checkout using PayPal
Tried to checkout with PayPal but got “Payment not processed” every time, even though PayPal emailed saying the transaction was authorized but needed Recharge to confirm. Customer service team responded almost immediately to my first email with a few instructions to fix the issue, none worked. Messaged again, didn't hear back until 3 days later — another email with the exact copy-paste instructions. Also this one was addressed to "Sebastian"—who TF is Sebastian? 😂 Gave up and bought elsewhere. Only giving 3 stars cause that's how many days they take to respond lol
