A year later and the apps still garbage

Constantly crashes and logs you out. Always getting SSL related errors.

Not fully functioning yet
Tried the eagerly waited new app in store today and was unable to collect points on my purchase so it would seem there are some teething issues on the new app. I used the self service kiosk. Otherwise fantastic coffee and service from the staff as always!
Rubbish rewards
New reward are rubbish now. Basically have to spend £20 to get £1 pound off. So that’s almost £100 for 1 free large coffee… off to Costa I go.
