Meant to be free
For some reason the app wants me to take a 7 day trial to use it, and then £20 a year. It used to be free. And it’s still free to use dupr via their website. Seems a bit of a scam to pay for the app.

If there is a way to ruin a pickleball players interest In the sport - try DUPR. It’s looser algos constantly shifting impacting how and where you can play and then horrific support coupled with a data breach that leaves players stranded - then yeah.. enjoy the frustration

DUPR used to be free until they crashed their own website for an entire week only to reopen and force you to pay for a subscription.
When trying to sign up it wouldn’t let you select a location (required) no matter what device, app, or browser you used. And for people who already had a login it wouldn’t let say that you had to enter a verification code but there was nowhere to enter it, so even if you had a login in you were locked out all week.
When they finally got their new page up and running it now forces you to buy a paid monthly subscription to use the app even though the app is required to play pickleball at most facilities, like Life Time Fitness

DUPR has been down this whole weekend and even after getting an email saying everything‘ went working again it is not letting me log on to the mobile app or through my Safari browser on my phone. totally useless

Recent Update Broke It
Recent software update broke the app. Cannot get anything to load.
Been down for over two days
It’s crazy that a major company like DUPR has been out of commission for over two days. The app isn’t working and it might be a combo of their Cloudflare, or it might be bad programming in their update, but whenever the reason there is no other company on earth that wouldn’t have it fixed within a day. It’s quite ridiculous. There is no excuse in this day and age with the technology that is available. Maybe the humans need to be fired and one good coding engineer can work with Claude to figure out. How to not let something like this happen in the future.
