I don’t understand why I can’t get past the payment page
Stop forcing the paywall
The app keeps forcing you to look at the paywall. There is no close button or cross to close the paywall for the monthly subscription. It makes the app totally unusable. If it is there in an another few days then I will gladly delete the app and only use the online login. Not so annoying. Stop forcing a beg for a subscription.

Can’t get past forced subscription screen
I’m just trying to make an account to find tourneys and get rated. I can’t access the app because there’s a pop up window asking me to get a one year subscription. On an app which I’m barely trying to understand how to use. I’ve opened and closed and still get the same pop up every time. Trash.
Reinstalled app. No option other than to pay?
After reinstalling the app, there’s no option to to bypass the Dupr+ signup. It’s trying to force people to pay rather than to use the free service.
Ratings
Algorithm needs to change. People who are much better than their dupr are playing in tournaments and doing well and it’s causing others duprs to plummet. 3.5’s shouldn’t be allowed to play in 4.5 tournaments. Things need to change

Bring back graph
Fun but bring back the graph or even an improved graph to track progress and statistics. All my friends are envious of the one person whose phone didn’t update. He sends graphs to the group but we’d all like to be able to see our own.

Unusable on mobile due to being unable to get past paid service subscription screen.
Absolutely Predatory
They have designed the app so that it appears to new sign ups that they can only register by signing up for the paid premium version, making it impossible to exit the screen without shutting down the app. If it were a larger company, there would be a class action lawsuit.

Data relevancy
My club recently reinstated the DUPR system to sign up for leveled play. They had this years ago (3) and we played some DUPR matches to get a rating for leveled play. 3 years later, those old scores from when I was a beginner are dragging down my rating. Those scores should be excluded from my rating as they are not relevant. If I were to play competitively the rated level that would be called sandbagging.

App is essential so they behave like a minopoly
Don’t expect response or even acknowledgement when logging issues.
Reset password is buggy
Reset password flow asks for a code. Once I switch to my mail app to get the code and come back, verification code modal disappears. I gotta go through the same flow to request that and the same cycle continues. Then I get locked out for 30 mins. You guys know how to advertise as soon as the app opens. You should also know that the basic flows must be bug free.

Predatory subscription page
The app (and when you sign up online) prompts a Free Trial page that has no X button to navigate away from. DUPR rating is supposed to be a free service that every decent player needs. Offering a subscription is one thing, but the app is unusable because I can't get away from this page unless I start a trial subscription.

Impossible to use
After excitedly wanting to get my DUPR score to progress in a new hobby, this app completely ruined my experience. It’s impossible to use without paying for—which shouldn’t be a thing as DUPR is a free service. The app is incredibly predatory by promoting you to subscribe to their premium tier with no button to not upgrade. Some have had luck by tapping the screen in a random spot and getting lucky, but I haven’t had such luck. You’re miles better off using the website and bookmarking the dashboard since the website uses the same predatory tactics (but the URL for dashboard overrides this).
