This update is exactly what was needed for a better ux experience. More often trying to convince ppl to get the Duracell system and showing them the app puts them off, especially when compared to Teslas for example , so this is good and a small step in the right direction. We want more of this UX enhancements for a much better user experience and visuals..

Awful App Experience tarnishes the whole system
Probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Firstly it presents you with a login screen with the username and password already filled in. Why have this? It’s not for security, it just means an extra click anytime you want to use the app. The data refreshing every 5 minutes or so is hopeless. But the worst offender is the EV page. I’ve just spent 10 minutes trying to get my car to charge of the excess solar and I still can’t get it to work. I’m a professional software developer: if can’t get this to work reliably, no one has a chance. This should be the no 1 easiest thing to do in the app. Terrible. Given a second chance, I’d avoid the whole Duracell Energy system.

Poor customer facing app
This app does not display current data (no pun intended). For instance logging in today at 10am, it displays data from 8am. The Dura-I app on the other hand is bang up to date, why the 2 hour disparity? Systems/apps such as this are only truly useful if they present meaningful data in real time. Add in the perverse situation where it seems to forget my tariff and not charge from the grid and it doesn’t really make for a good user experience. Hopefully these issues are sorted soon in a future update.

Not readable
The most frequent use of the app is to check how much charge is in the battery the text size is far too small to be able to read it. The old puredrive app was much more readable. this is not progress please update the app so that customers without 20 20 vision can read the numbers
