if it could save the hotel you choose at the beginning, reselecting resorts every time the app is opened is tedious

Needs to up its game
The app is not user-friendly. Points do not update and previous stays are not registered. There is no way to reach out to corporate/IT - you need to select a specific hotel, even if issues are not hotel but IT related.
