Won’t Stay Logged On
Since the upgrade to iOS 16, the app won’t stay logged on. It works fine after logging on, but it’s a minor irritant to log on every time on a device I own. Especially since the regular Netflix app still does.
Logs me out every time I close the app
Updated complaint: The app now logs me out every time I close it. This just started occurring when I changed my password. It’s highly frustrating. I don’t understand why biometric login isn’t an option, which would resolve the issue. Please fix!! Original review (which has been resolved): For some reason the latest update to this app doesn’t show the entire user reviews of movies. It’s not possible to click on the reviews to expand them. The reviews used to be a helpful tool in deciding to add movies to my queue or not. Currently it’s fairly useless to even look at them as the context is lost since they’re not viewable. Please fix this!

Can’t open reviews
The reviews just end with more to say, but tapping the review will not open it to allow me to see the entire write-up. I’d give this 5 stars if I could see the entire review. Please fix this.
Cuts off reviews
Past few months you’re not able to read the complete reviews. Cuts off in the middle of a sentence- sometimes only a few words in to the review then it ends, sometimes I might get two whole sentences before it cuts off. Really annoying when trying to decide if a movie is worth renting or not
The review text is cut off
You can no longer read the full reviews left by people. They just stop right in the middle of sentences. The developer left a comment on the most recent comment under mine and clearly has no clue what they are talking about. It take two seconds to see the issue on the most recent version of the app. The latest update caused this issue. App is also not as responsive by touch as it used to be.
