Doesn’t work with my company
SSO is not possible with my company’s login in the app since it uses some sort of internal web browser. So it’s unusable and I have to use the web version.

Horrible
I absolutely hate this app. I save my passwords onto my phone. This app makes me login every time I try to use the app and it seems as if I only get 4 logins with each password. It constantly forces me to reset my password, by saying my password is incorrect…. I literally save my passwords to my phone each time I change it BECAUSE it says my password is incorrect so often. It’s not my passwords, it’s the app. I can’t wait until the day I can delete this app from my phone because it is more trouble than help

Uses too much data
Last month my data usage spiked and I owed extra on my cell bill. Trying to determine why, I found that my just opening the app 1 time it used 150 MB. You need to find a better way to provide the content with sending so much data.
Developer response is insulting. App was tested for data usage with just loading the app, which had already been installed, at the time review was originally given.

App crashes
Installed the app over a month ago and it has crashed upon opening every time. Turned in ticket to support desk and have had very little response, nothing at all in over 2 weeks. Expensive app for companies to invest in especially considering support desk lack of follow through.

I love Estes4Me! It keeps me connected with the other Estes’ around the United States. Also, it has given me great pointers and tips, for this pandemic.
IPad experience needs improved
The app is fantastic on iOS, but on iPad OS the app doesn’t support screen rotation (horizontal view).
Ok, but needs work
As long as you use the app only, it works ok. But if you click on links within emails to share through the platform, it doesn’t load the app automatically.

Ease of use is most important to me. Dynamic Signal and Connector make it very easy to share articles of interest.

We no longer use passwords as a company but a PIN code - can’t use the app any longer.
Doesn’t work in Dark Mode
Menu text can’t be seen when iPhone display is set to dark mode. Please fix.
