Something happened to this website the last couple months, no customer support via the email offered on the App Store, no customer support on their website and a horrible discord experience.

I haven’t had access to a product I purchased for over a month. Pathetic.

Constantly Crashing

This app had some promise……at first. Only refreshes 2-3 times before it just freezes up. I’ll click on a player profile and the screen comes up then freezes. Constantly have to delete the app then reinstall. Finally gave up on it and went back to draft sharks

Lots of issues. App is broken

I pay for this app yet I’ve had a bunch of issues with it. Players not updating. Multiple players still being listed on the wrong teams. Open trade feature lists everyone as a QB from KC. Mock draft feature freeEs all the time. It also won’t let me scroll through the players. It also has only a few of them listed. Every time I try to go to the website to use it there instead of the app, it just loads my app and doesn’t work anyway. Otherwise I have to delete the app in order to use anything or use it from a desktop computer. Would be a decent app if it worked properly. Customer service never responded to my inquired as well. So before you buy, take that for what it’s worth.

Hey, sorry, that's a rough list and most of it was real. We hit a stretch this offseason where data and a few tools broke, and we've shipped a lot of fixes since this review. Support not getting back to you is on us too. Send one more email to help@dynastynerds.com with the email you signed up with and we'll make sure you get a real answer this time. We'd love another chance to show you the app working the way it should.

App UI and synch issues

Overall disappointing for the premium. Save your money and use the free mode. The known issue with failure to synch has not been addressed and the interface keep prompting you to buy premium when you already have it. If you need IDP information you are better off with the IDP aftershow.

Need to pay to sync league

Isn’t free, you need to pay in order to even sync 1 league.

When checking out the demo leagues, it doesn’t do anything special that a dozen other free dynasty analyzer sites don’t do for free.

Mock draft infuriating

The mock draft is laggy. You can’t search for players, and it won’t let you scroll down to draft a player past a certain point…it always just bounces back to the top. Otherwise a useful app.

Support Will Not Get Back to Me

I have now contacted support 6 times because they do not have values for each of the 2026 draft picks. They have it set up so that the 1.01 has the same value as the 1.10. Unfortunately I have already paid for a full year subscription but it was an absolute waste of money. The fact there “support” team won’t get back to me is the most frustrating part. I wish there was a way to get a refund but I will be cancelling this when it is up. Don’t waste your money like I did!!

Hey, six emails with no answer is inexcusable and we're sorry. That's a failure on our end, full stop. Please send one more note to help@dynastynerds.com with the email you signed up with and we'll make sure a real person answers this time and goes through your options with you, including on the subscription itself. The pick value feedback is fair too, having the 1.01 valued the same as the 1.10 isn't good enough and it's something we've been working on.

I’m in multiple leagues between re-draft and dynasty. this app has everything I need for both managing my starting lineups, figuring out where my gaps are, and analyzing trades just a few. I love this app, keep up the great work!

Hey, without subscribing you are able to see and interact with 100% of the app features aside from league sync. So, you're able to fully use the app -- just not with your own leagues. We are currently working on an enhanced free version that will allow you to sync your leagues with limited functionality, which may be preferable for you based on this feedback. We appreciate the comment!

Love the app for my Sleeper leagues but not ESPN

The app will not pair with my ESPN fantasy account, whenever I log in it just opens the ESPN fantasy site within the app instead of connecting accounts.

Also will not work trying on computer. When you attempt to download the syncing extension there is an error saying that the website redirected too many times.
