I’ve had these cameras for about 3 years now and they haven’t missed a beat… until now. It’s been days and I’ve had no cameras and no app. I've tried to sign in over and over ago and it keeps saying my connection is poor when both mobile and network are perfect.
The one star is for your atrocious customer support. Perhaps if you read your reviews you would fix issues promptly.

Solar panel Smart Security Cameras
Easy to install, good quality, charges well on solar panel provided, recording of movement lags so if moving quickly person/animal is missed as already moved out of camera zone before camera recording kicks in.
App logging me out
love the cameras, the quality’s good. The app has really good features but my only issues is that the app keeps logging me out after a while. I have the app 24hrs and i’ve had to constantly log back in cause it says “session timed out”

This is a great app but I can not use it half of the time! Says “something went wrong please try again later”!

Wireless cam set up
It’s a breeze to set up the Dzees wireless camera in about 3 minutes or less. Resetting the camera too is easy. Though I found the instructions through google. Not in the included instructions.
Can’t even get into the app
I’m trying to sign in and it keeps saying my connection is poor when it’s perfect !!! Seriously what is the issue here ???

It’s so easy to setup and install. This is my second Dzees camera in addition to my first one because of how well it works. Good sound and picture/recordings.
Was Perfect
I have had these cameras about three years and they have been perfect and till now. It was doing some upgrades, but the upgrades wouldn’t work. Now the cameras are jumping off-line for no reason disconnecting for no reason have the cameras up high outside now I need to get someone to come and take it down so I can reset them and redo everything not happy right now.. What happened to my perfect camera?

I use these cameras around my barn yard and have purchased more since I love how they work and not needed to be plugged in so I can put them anywhere outside. Excellent product and would highly recommend.

Pure junk
I have had these cameras for about 3 years I have had 4 of them and all of them are junk they break down and none of them pick up people 9 times out of 10 they will pick up trash and say it’s a person or even a parked motorcycle and call it a person or a flower pot and call it a person but you can wave and stand and walk and it won’t identify you as a person. Pure junk and I have the paid version. Trust me save your money there not worth it

After a while it ask for a payment subscription
Even if I have a sd card it asks for cloud subscription which is very annoying. Nice camera…, but super bad service that forces you to get the subscription.
No longer able to view video
I’ve had these cameras for years. Bought 2 initially and added over the years because they worked so well and was easy to use. Today, i tried to view past videos from today and the app is telling me i have to subscribe to watch videos. When i try to sign into my account, it tells me incorrect email or password. I submit my email to get the link to reset my password…and i never get the link. I’ve invested it these cameras expecting them to work as they have in the past. This is wrong!!!

Video lags, one of the worst cameras out there. Used to be ok since recorded videos were free, now you have to pay outrageous fees.

I bought these cameras back in Oct of 2022 and they worked fine. I used them for outdoor security. Then 2 years later in 2024 they stopped working and I bought myself other cameras. However, I seemed to make these cameras work and ended up using them for inside the house to look after my dogs when I was away from home. But just today when I received a notification for movement in my camera, it didn’t allow me to watch the video footage unless I pay a subscription!! I did pay a subscription before when I had these outside but canceled because I thought they had stopped working. But it was always free to record and available to watch maximum 20sec of it. Now, It kinda defeats the purpose of having cameras if you can’t watch the recorded footage. It only shows pictures. I am disappointed with this app it almost feels like a scam!
