Nice app but needs updates
E-Inside is easy to use and give a quick overview of current breakdowns.
As a Knapp technician, the ability to look up part numbers would make this app complete.
A few minor issues:
- ticket history not available, only current status shown
- time stamp for tickets is fixed to Austrian local time, a setting to change Timezone would be good
- option to easily give feedback for Knapp technicians so customers see up to date status
