This app is not user-friendly. There are entirely too many screens to move through just to send one prescription. It is very time-consuming to utilize. And, while you are placing a script, if you touch the screen in the wrong place, the entire prescription disappears, and you have to start over from the beginning!!! Also, if you are finally at the very end, and want to go back and change one detail, the app kicks you out and you have to start over from the beginning. I am not aware of one nurse who has that much time to spend on putting in a prescription. Nurses need technology that is user-friendly, quick to use, and accurate. E3Pro is none of those things.

Never works properly!

Always crashes, refills never go through to the pharmacy. Half the time physicians don’t get the prescriptions for signature. It’s just a pain. E3 plesse do better!

Crashing with iPhone update

Since the new IOS update the app won’t stay open- crashes at login every time.

Poor app crashes when you are in the middle of reviewing meds or ordering. App does not work well at all! Meds take too long to deliver by mail sometimes never get sent at all!
