Updates - nothing new
I have really enjoyed owning my Tag Connected for the past 5-6 years but seem to be wearing it less and less because of the hassle of charging it daily but for me the real issue is the lack of support, software updates, app updates, no new watch faces. Last time this app was updated was 5 months ago. I understand tech moves on and newer versions are now out along with a new app for those particular versions but we have been forgotten about and left behind. We can’t all keep throwing money at a new watch every time another incarnation arrives as much as the brands would wish us too.

like podcast have ever worked.. the app on my iphone stopped working. Sent watch back to Tag Heuer.. still didn’t work. I use as a simple watch but now it doesn’t recharge properly and resets to wrong time and date… WASTE OF MONEY AND PLASTIC AND METAL ANS CARDBOARD.. They stopped updating the software… GARBAGE DEMAND REFUND

Watch wont connect to the tag app
Disappointing
Watch faces etc are ok nothing to complain. BUT Syncing health and workout data is just not working. Walking distances, energy levels, heart rates - inconsistent and all over the place. The watch says one thing, the app says something else. And that’s a good result, because sometimes the app doesn’t show the workout at all. Ridiculously bad for a smart watch with a massive price tag.
UPDATE 30/10/24:
I was asked to contact Customer Service via the TAG Heuer Connected application in Settings > Contact Support with the hashtag #AppStoreReview. Tried, and failed as the contact form wouldn’t let me write my name or email address. Auto filling the form didn’t work either. My disappointment increases.
UPDATE 13/0326:
After various updates the app is still a piece of rubbish. I will sell my watch and never buy one again.

Es frecuente la desconexión de la app con un Apple. Obliga constantemente a reiniciar el reloj. Mala idea tener iPhone y este reloj.
