Absolute Garbage Watch
none of the apps
like podcast have ever worked.. the app on my iphone stopped working. Sent watch back to Tag Heuer.. still didn’t work. I use as a simple watch but now it doesn’t recharge properly and resets to wrong time and date… WASTE OF MONEY AND PLASTIC AND METAL ANS CARDBOARD.. They stopped updating the software… GARBAGE DEMAND REFUND

Tag issues
Watch wont connect to the tag app
Disappointing
Watch faces etc are ok nothing to complain. BUT Syncing health and workout data is just not working. Walking distances, energy levels, heart rates - inconsistent and all over the place. The watch says one thing, the app says something else. And that’s a good result, because sometimes the app doesn’t show the workout at all. Ridiculously bad for a smart watch with a massive price tag.
UPDATE 30/10/24:
I was asked to contact Customer Service via the TAG Heuer Connected application in Settings > Contact Support with the hashtag #AppStoreReview. Tried, and failed as the contact form wouldn’t let me write my name or email address. Auto filling the form didn’t work either. My disappointment increases.
UPDATE 13/0326:
After various updates the app is still a piece of rubbish. I will sell my watch and never buy one again.

Set Up
Found it easy to set up, like some features better than Apple Watch
iOS 26 breaks the connection
After upgrading to iOS 26 the watch won’t connect with the app. You still get notifications but all your workout / steps stats never get transfer to the app. Hopefully this is fixed in the upcoming updates

Can’t connect, wrong time on watch
Can’t connect, even though it says on my iPhone it’s connected, as a result the time and date are wrong, plus I use it as a golf watch which is useless
Awful
Operating system is terrible - doesn’t pair with your google account, crashes every time you try and use the golf app and battery life is bad. I understand this is because of the Google operating system but the app itself is nothing to write home about. There’s no clear way to trouble shoot within the app. I even tried resetting to factory settings but still nothing works. The only thing this watch does is track steps - total waste of money. I can’t get in touch with customer service so I’m hoping this review catches their attention.

Weak battery
Only complaint is the short battery life. Battery needs to be 100% charged to complete a 4.5 hour round of golf.

I purchased the 42 mm connect watch recently.
Overall, very happy with the watch. It looks great, wears nice, connects with my phone.
Does most everything I want.
Only issue or complaint that I would have is battery life.
I came from a Garmin Fenix 7 that is much sportier looking.
The Fenix 7 is approximately the same size as the 42, however, the battery on the Fenix would last several days with all options on.
The 42 lasts, at best, 24 hours with most of the options turned off.
Other than the battery life I love the time piece.

Disappointed
Glitchy, unreliable, have to keep restarting, not always responsive, all in all disappointing particularly as it’s Tag and expensive
Changed terms after the sale
You are required to accept the new terms of use to continue to use the app. There is no option to decline the new terms. No option to download new terms to properly review. Shady.

I love my watch and it’s now replaced my old Garmin for tracking my daily run.
Is it possible the watch can talk to me through my headphones while running to let me know when I’ve completed each kilometre and what my pace is as this was a feature I liked on Garmin?

Didn’t work with my tag Heuer connected. Would be good to know what ones this does work with seeing as it says works with all new modern tags.
