Updates - nothing new

I have really enjoyed owning my Tag Connected for the past 5-6 years but seem to be wearing it less and less because of the hassle of charging it daily but for me the real issue is the lack of support, software updates, app updates, no new watch faces. Last time this app was updated was 5 months ago. I understand tech moves on and newer versions are now out along with a new app for those particular versions but we have been forgotten about and left behind. We can’t all keep throwing money at a new watch every time another incarnation arrives as much as the brands would wish us too.

Absolute Garbage Watch

none of the apps
like podcast have ever worked.. the app on my iphone stopped working. Sent watch back to Tag Heuer.. still didn’t work. I use as a simple watch but now it doesn’t recharge properly and resets to wrong time and date… WASTE OF MONEY AND PLASTIC AND METAL ANS CARDBOARD.. They stopped updating the software… GARBAGE DEMAND REFUND

Disappointing

Watch faces etc are ok nothing to complain. BUT Syncing health and workout data is just not working. Walking distances, energy levels, heart rates - inconsistent and all over the place. The watch says one thing, the app says something else. And that’s a good result, because sometimes the app doesn’t show the workout at all. Ridiculously bad for a smart watch with a massive price tag.

UPDATE 30/10/24:
I was asked to contact Customer Service via the TAG Heuer Connected application in Settings > Contact Support with the hashtag #AppStoreReview. Tried, and failed as the contact form wouldn’t let me write my name or email address. Auto filling the form didn’t work either. My disappointment increases.

UPDATE 13/0326:
After various updates the app is still a piece of rubbish. I will sell my watch and never buy one again.

Ich liebe meine Tag Heuer Connect E3 über alles
Hatte zwischendurch mal die Apple Watch Ultra 2 nach 2 Monaten habe ich den hässlichen Wecker wieder verkauft. Seit IOS 26.3 kann man andere Smart Watches endlich vollwertig mit dem iPhone nutzen

Watch faces

I used to have an e3 with which the watch faces were working. Now I have an e4 the watch faces I used to have didn’t work anymore. When I select the message on the watch says that the app is not compatible anymore. Any update to expect?

Hello, thank you for sharing your comment. The app Watch Faces with all the new wtach faces available for the E4 is only compatible with Wear OS 3. If you encounter this message, this means that your watch is still under Wear OS 2 and has not been updated for multiple years. Could you please verify that your watch is well connected to WiFi and that a Google account is well connected into your watch in order to receive all the updates. I you encounter any issue, please contact us via the TAG Heuer Connected application in Settings > Contact Support, we will then take care of your request and get back to you shortly. Best regards.

Agenda Outlook

Bonjour
L’application est vraiment bien pensée avec des cadrans qui sont de plus en plus sympas. Par contre le transfert de l’agenda Outlook semble être délicat voir impossible. Peut être qu’une évolution serait intéressante à faire sur cette partie

iOS 26 breaks the connection

After upgrading to iOS 26 the watch won’t connect with the app. You still get notifications but all your workout / steps stats never get transfer to the app. Hopefully this is fixed in the upcoming updates
