Leaves a lot to be desired

On iPhone, when it works, which is only about 10 percent of the time, it’s okay, nothing spectacular. 90% of the time it’s either crashing, or not playing the video seamlessly. When I have a camera set to continuously record, and I try to play back video, it will skip all over the place. I wind up using it on my android phone and it works so much better. I use this for work and my work phone is an iPhone 16 max, but it has always underperformed on any iPhone I have had. Sad thing is that EE knows this but hasn’t figured out how to fix it yet. It’s almost like they don’t care.

Newest version will not play video history.

Had the app and service for years. The latest one has changed the interface greatly and no longer allows playing the videos. I can still scroll and scrub through but still is not responsive or usable.

Update: the latest version update has fixed the issue. Thanks!!

Simple and easy to use

This app is everything I need an more. Remote viewing of everything, notifications of a camera goes offline, the ability to manage all my locations with one login, and an easy to use interface gives me just what I need. Using Smart Video Search to save time and reduce the annoyance of scrolling video is my favorite feature.

You many bugs just not worth the money

The app will not playback the browser history, it requires frequent restarts and is just not stable enough to recommend over even something like hikvision

Finally Improved

Honestly, the app had a bunch of bugs a few years ago, but I can tell they have improved it. Cameras load quickly and the playback navigation is much better. Much happier w/ the app.

New problems popping up

Having issues with app resetting and having me sign in each time, problem is that after I sign in it won’t open app but goes to sign in page again. Maddening.

Application Not Authenticating Logon Credentials

Each time I enter my logon credentials, then enter the 4-digit authentication code to logon, I am immediately routed back to the initial logon screen and have to re-enter my e-mail address and password and start the authentication process all over again. I have cleared my browsing history and removed the application and reinstalled the application; however, this did not resolve the issue.
