This appears to be someone’s project to learn to develop apps. It is simple and crude. Very limited features and, well, doesn’t work for things like arming and disarming as you would need. You can see the status of zones and the alarm, and that’s it. It crashes or does nothing when you try to arm or disarm. Well, can’t ever disarm, it crashes!! No history. No bypass. Nothing else but see armed status and zone status. It also reloads everything very often so takes forever when you want to use it. Waste of money for me. I want a refund.

Support?
Can’t find a way to contact support. Can only get to connect locally using an insecure port 2101. Secure port doesn’t work. When outside the network nothing works. Port forwards are setup properly. Other Android apps work fine.

Kept crashing but now it stays open but no data
The log says it's connected but it won't download any zone info. Can't find any email info to email the developer.
When a zone is bypassed it doesn’t label the zone
I have reported this several that when a zone is bypassed it doesn’t display the zone name or ID.

There was a new release which should resolve the problems you encountered. Please download the latest version, and email us if you are still seeing any issues.
Won’t load
Will not load, tap the icon and it acts like it’s loading but then the screen goes back to previous display. I have the latest updates for program and iPhone.

It sounds like something may have been corrupted in your installation. Please delete from your phone and reinstall (for free) from the Apple App Store. If that doesn't work, please email us, and we will work to find a resolution.
I Couldn't Get It To Work
The title says it all. I couldn't get it to work at all. I ended up purchasing another Elk alarm app that I could get to work.
Disheartened
No matter what I did I could not get the app to work 😒
