We encourage anyone experiencing issues to contact us. You can reach support from within the application, by emailing us directly at support@ekeypad.net or by using the form on our web site. We will be happy to help you identify the source of the problem and help you fix the issue. We will also provide suggestions on how you can prevent it from occurring again. The eKeypad connection to your equipment should be very stable. However, a properly working system involves multiple components. Not only eKeypad, but also your automation/alarm/video equipment and the computer networks they are connected to. We have a lot of experience with these different areas and are always available to help you achieve a more reliable solution. Please do not assume we are aware of any issues you are experiencing. While we do test each release extensively, if we miss anything we want to know as soon as possible.
