We will be happy to help you identify the source of the problem and help you fix the issue. We will also provide suggestions on how you can prevent it from occurring again. The eKeypad connection to your equipment should be very stable. However, a properly working system involves multiple components. Not only eKeypad, but also your automation/alarm/video equipment and the computer networks they are connected to. We have a lot of experience with these different areas and are always available to help you achieve a more reliable solution. Please do not assume we are aware of any issues you are experiencing. While we do test each release extensively, if we miss anything we want to know as soon as possible. I thought that after I dished out the cash I'd be left on an island, but months and months after I'm still getting the support as and when I need it. The support I get alone is worth at least half of the price.

Misleading..
Intentionally misleading... You should make this extra 'free' as it would have affected my purchase decision. You did not deliver everything you implied to be selling.
Update - The developer has been quick to respond and this was an apparent oversight, the blueprint image has been updated with the optional notice. Fair enough.
Awesome App and Excellent Support
My only regret is that I didn't pay extra and opt for the Pro version since I am now installing an M1 Gold panel in my house and (for the same price of the ISY and M1 module) I could've gotten the app that includes all of the other add-ons too. So, if you are even remotely thinking about getting even just one of the other systems in the future, do your self a favor and spend the $99 for the eKeypad Pro.
$45 for broken software...
The application itself is not very intuitive. First, it doesn't auto-discover the ISY installed in your network so you have to manually enter in the Local IP address of the device.
Next, the remote access piece is a complete joke. It tells you it doesn't work but doesn't offer anything else but that.
Finally, and more importantly, the application is flakey. Right now, I tap the icon to launch it, the splash screen comes up and then it goes back to the iPhone home screen.
As a side note, there is no documentation to support this so in short, don't waste $45 on this POS.
I'm not sure why the other reviews are so gleaming this is one of the worst applications I ever bought on iTunes.

Excellent product
If you have an ISY and an iPhone, you must get this.
There was no documentation at the time I wrote this, but you really don't need any. Pretty straightforward. You will need the IP address of your ISY, the port number, your user name and password. Use the Help/About dialog from the ISY administrative console to discover your IP and port number.
