Unable to fine program.
It’s been a couple years since I purchased these and feel like they could be twinned to my current hearing loss however the “program” to use is not available. What good is that?
No Repair Service
I loved the in ear hearing aids but when one stopped working, I called to see if it could be repaired and was told that they do not offer any repair service. It was a real disappointment.
Pathetic
These are garbage didn’t last and when i need them they don’t charge one headset failed charging dock all red
Quit working
I’ve had mine for about 4 yrs .. the right one always seemed weak in its function… now it doesn’t work at all … called Eargo and they suggested a deep clean using a kit they would send me … never got the kit … for the price I paid I’m very disappointed…
Don’t buy these
Died within 3 months and had to send them in. Had to send them back twice in the first year. They quit working in month 15 and I was told I needed to pay $250 per unit to get them serviced. One turns on but amplifies nothing and the other doesn’t even turn on. I had followed the maintenance prompts to the T but they still failed. Epic waste of money.
