I applied said I gets $20 loan gave me $4 into my bank account thinks I’m about to pay $20 back to them no sir.
Approved then not accepted
3 stars because at first everything was going pretty good, I gotten approved 2x. Then when I paid my second one back they’re saying that I am not eligible for payday advance anymore.

I was charged a subscription fee after I had cancelled the service and closed my account.

Zero support. If you pay for a subscription you’ll still have to wait days after you repay your advance to get another advance. Paying for the subscription is completely useless and a waste of money. Literally no support at all!

I was told that I was pre-approved for up to a $100 advance. However, I could only access $20. Of that $20, $15.99 was taken out for monthly costs. Therefore, I only received a $4.01 advance. Then, one week later I had to repay the entire $20 advance. Meaning, I paid $35.99 for only $4.01. I have been trying to cancel the subscription and it won’t let me. I have contacted support and followed the step by step instructions and it still won’t allow me to cancel. It is a scam. They plan to keep taking $15.99 a month for a year. Now I have to dispute with my bank because they refuse to cancel the subscription on their end.

The first borrow process was easy I paid back before my time and tried to refinance it said 48 hours and I still haven’t heard anything….I definitely won’t be using again the process takes to long for the second time !!!
Partial advance received; no customer service response
I was able to download and easily set up my account. After being approved for a small cash advance, they only deposited about a 3rd of it. I emailed them twice and called multiple times - leaving a voicemail. And no response.
The app says that I’m responsible to repay the full amount of the advance and no one will help me. Could be a glitch, but just be wary.

Nice trick with the fee.
It is 3.99 weekly, but they take a months worth out of a $20 advance leaving you with $4. And you still owe the $20. And there is no going back, even if you close the app. Won’t use again.

There is absolutely NO customer service for this app. It’s ridiculous. They just sent generic emails back. No real humans to speak too!!!

They sent me an advance but it was only a partial advance because they took $15.99 out of it. Took their payment and now I can’t log back in and all of my information is on their site! No number to call or chat option. STAY AWAY!!!!
