Terrible

I see a lawsuit in the future for this app. Even when you cancel the $15.99 subscription they continue to charge it. I had to email them several times to STOP. Paid all advanced on time last week they added a new feature that makes you add your payroll or employer if your payroll company is not listed you no longer qualify. This is the worse cash advance app I’ve ever used. No stars would be sufficient don’t even deserve one star. Horrible!

Predators

I accepted an advance of $20. Fine. The next screen is asking for me to input which payroll system is used or to give the form to my hr. Which is absurd! Who wants their payroll provider or hr in their private financial affairs?! Normally apps in fintech opt for plaid which is easier, discreet and secure. Then, it says there is a fee. Fine. I assumed it will be deducted later on the repay schedule, this company TAKES IT OUT OF THE PAYOUT AND OFFER THE DIFFERENCE AS A PAYOUT! How is that helpful?! That is a waste of time! I did not accept it. I will be reporting this to Apple! The CFPB was in place to prevent predatory lenders from taking advantage consumers but oligarchs…

Great Support and Helpful Service

Great Support and Helpful Service

I had an issue with my account and reached out to support for help. Bill took the time to look into it, helped get my original account restored, and made sure my advance offer was available again. I appreciate his willingness to help and follow up with me. He also mentioned an upcoming feature that may allow for higher advances, which I’m looking forward to learning more about. Thank you for your help,

Terrible

Worse App for earning would not recommend at all horrible

Why take the fee out of the advance??

It makes absolutely no sense to take out the $15 fee from the advance that I qualified for. What sense does that make? Other cash advance apps do not do this. You should highly consider changing this. If you don’t consider changing it, I’m pretty sure there’s going to be a lot of people that will not use your services. Me being included.. now I have to pay extra when in reality I did not get the advance that I qualified for because of the $15 fee. Not good.

Unable to get another advance

I’ve gotten approved for advances and this time I made my payments on time. Try to get another loan and it just said I wasn’t eligible….like WTF! Idk what is going on but needs to be fixed

Very Displeased

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional communication I experienced during a recent interaction with a customer service representative named Bill.

I initially reached out for assistance because I was unable to secure a new advance after successfully repaying a $75 advance on my account, which I have maintained since March. Bill informed me that a duplicate account associated with a different phone number was causing a "possible fraud" flag. I was unaware that the secondary account would cause any issues and immediately cooperated by deleting it to restore my original account.

My complaint concerns Bill's communication after the issue was resolved. He stated, “Yes, please do not create multiple accounts.” I found this phrasing to be inappropriately reprimanding, especially since I had already explained that I did not know the other account would cause a conflict. I was seeking help to resolve an error, not intentionally attempting to violate policy. While I understand and respect the single-account requirement, there is a distinct difference between informing a customer of a policy and speaking to them in an accusatory tone.

This interaction added to an already frustrating experience, during which I received conflicting messages regarding whether my advance was available before the issue was finally resolved and my $80 offer became available.

While I am glad the technical issue was resolved, the communication should have been handled with more professionalism and understanding. I request that this interaction be reviewed and that appropriate feedback be provided to the representative. I look forward to receiving a response from a supervisor regarding this matter.

Sincerely,

Amanda Morales

Rip off

Got approved for an advance about 3 times. Paid all back on time with yesterday being the last pay off. Tried to see what my advance was today and now it says im being waitlisted. Canceled subscription and deleted account.

Not really too excited about it.

Got approved for $30. Okay, not a big deal, it helped so much. I was only sent $14 though and I still have to pay back the whole $30. Not sure if the rest were fees or whatever. I was thinking that maybe I was able to use some then and the rest later, but it shows that the whole payback was $30 and nothing besides that $14 was sent to me directly. But paying back more than I was able to use doesn’t make much sense. However, although this was my experience, I was still able to be approved and was still able to have something sent to my bank. So it isn’t a fake app, I just don’t get having to pay back more than I was actually sent. As if I am paying interest or something. If I got approved for an amount, I, like anyone else, would expect to be sent that amount. Again, give it a try if you wish, amounts vary by person and situation. Just letting it be known what happened to me, I am not trying to stop anyone from taking a chance.

App No Longer Works

Reached out to customer service after receiving multiple advances in the past. The notified me I was eligible for another advance. However, their app is no longer working and they have no idea when it will again. This was communicated to me by their customer service team.

Meh

Beginning amount is lame. And only increases instantly by adding employer so if yours isn’t on list you don’t get it.

Scam

Keep looping “ we need to verify payroll step over and over even tho it says my account is connected

Needs more improvement

keeps denying me for some reason

Beware

It keeps taking my money instead of giving me money…. You can’t get a hold to anyone! SCAM

Stopped Syncing

The first cash advance about a month ago went extremely smoothly but now that I am trying to request another one it is in a constant loop of “verify identification”. I’ve tried resetting the app, and even deleting my profile as a whole, it simply doesn’t want to work for me anymore.

Terrible service

The app is terrible always loading and never works
