This app is bugged
For some reason the app never works. I don’t get my 10 cents off at the pump and when I redeem stuff to get additional money off none of it goes through. The store can’t help and customer service wants a laundry list of receipts and stuff to do anything. FOX YOUR APP. It’s been like this for months.

Mandatory update loop
Worked fine until one day it says update of app is mandatory. Updated the app, wasted data, opened app, still says update is required. Worthless now.

I just love the app. It allows me to get $.10 all the time plus extras. It’s the way to go

It should show location with the gas price. I have to google the gas price.
Update to iOS 17
Have an older iPhone and can no longer use the app. Sad for an app to save $$$ wants me to spend 1000+ dollars to be able to use it. Guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere for gas.
Dumbest app
Wasted all kinds of time trying to use the app to pay. Exxon-Mobil is so much smarter. From now on I’m skipping BPs altogether. Couldn’t even tap and pay at the pump.
Terrible. Poor customer service
I downloaded the app specifically because I heard the discount offered to Amazon prime members. It’s been a headache. The app didn’t work at the pump. I was supposed to get a .75¢ per gallon discount and received nothing. The gas station was more expensive than I would’ve went to in the first place. Contacted customer service through the chat app and absolutely no help, just kept me in a loop. Contacted customer service through email and still no refund. I should have received a $17.25 refund. I submitted everything they requested. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

I used the app without issue, then I saw there was 50 cents off/gallon around July 2nd-5th, 2026. My 20 yr old son was selling his BMW and just bought a nice Mustang GT, (gas hog) I just had a major surgery and haven’t been able to drive so I told him he could use that 50 cents off. We added his card to my account and also sent me plenty of $ through Apple Cash since last time I used the app I had paid work Apple Cash. IT WOULDNT WORK NO MATTER WHAT! I’m not working due to health issues and surgery so no income currently besides what I have saved up (not much) we had to pick up my teenage daughter and get gas, GUESS WHAT, it didn’t work again. Payment method declined. I had $105 in acct, it shouldn’t have been declined. So I paid cash. I just now went to pay for my daughters 10th birthday gifts on Amazon and there is a $50 purchase pending at the BP gas station (shouldn’t when it was declined) when I try to contact card company, they said to contact who the purchase was through. When I try to contact Earnify, it’s an annoying bot that you go in circles with.

One of the most buggy apps I use
I wish BP would create an app that actually worked consistently. This app needs to be updated so frequently, and almost always has problems after each update. Not really worth the 5 cent discount t.
Bait & Switch
Our local AMPM uses this app and it’s constantly down. They bait you into the store with all of these discounts and then state the app is down in their system so you end up paying 2-3X the advertised price. It’s a total scam and garbage.

This app is saving me so much money. I have 5 cars at my house and every little bit adds up!
No good
Went to use the earnify at nearest store and store owner knew nothing about it and no scanner at the pumps- tried again and the scanner at the pump the locator at earnify said took the cents off did not give the correct amount off-
BP is S tier
I had a new BP pop up near me and it’s a nice gas station being new. I only buy top tier rated gas and normally used Shell, Sunoco or chevron. But there’s no nearby shell and the other two stations always look bad . Love me BP 93 octane top tier gasoline! I was buying it without top tier, but regardless it’s some good stuff. Just wish they weren’t so greedy with their loyalty system. Help a brotha out with better deals more often!
